Could any second home destination have it all? Maybe Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria has - culture ,investment hotspot, ski resort, golf courses, low cost airlines
According to Mercer Human Resource Consulting's 2007 Cost of Living Survey, Sofia is Europe's least expensive city lounging in 108th place, so that's a good start, but it's not all about the money.
